Journalist Rishi Dhamala was cased in CIAA with Audio Proof

A case is filed against Nepal’s popular journalist Rishi Dhamala in Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA). Case was filed on 24th Jan of 2014 with filing number 23836 by a women named Basanta Kumari Kathayat. Journalist Rishi Dhamala is found guilty of involving in taking NRS. 2 lakhs from a poor women from Dadheldhura in return to admit her in Nepal Police service. She didn’t get the job in Nepal Police after paying NRS. 2 lakhs and didn’t get the refund of the money too. She also stated that Rishi Dhamala replied her that he has taken only NRs. 50,000 and had already returned to the one whom he has taken from after he couldn’t admit her to the Nepal Police service.

Here is the audio of Journalist Rishi Dhamala caught in telephone conversation talking about the issue uploaded by wellknown Nepali news portal RatoPati.com on YouTube. The audio tape was recorded by Basanta Kumari Kathayat which is a very strong proof of evidence of involvement of Rishi Dhamala in the case.
Basanta Kumari Kathayat had filed her report on Central Police Station at Hanuman Dhoka but was suggested to go to CIAA for strict action and return of her money. Rishi Dhamala had spoke about the video with RatoPati and said that some one is trying act against him making a similar voice of him. The case had been filed in CIAA and and hope CIAA will solve this problem soon punishing the guilty and saveing the innocent.
