New Delhi.
An Indian army corporal suspected of sexually assaulting a 14-month-old girl over the weekend has been taken into custody, Bangalore police said.
Cpl. Naik Dharamveer, 32, was arrested based on a complaint filed by the baby's parents, who had left the child in his care.
Doctors have conducted a medical exam on the girl, and police are waiting for their report. Look at video:
